The first reported cases of COVID19 disease were reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, with a pandemic quickly establishing. For this reason, many of the routine protocols in hospitals, including cardiac catheterization laboratories, had to be modified. Therefore, this article presents the protocol carried out, during the health contingency, in the PEMEX HCSAE for the management in patients with proven COVID19 disease and that are presented in the context of chronic coronary syndrome as well as the management in the structural heart disease procedure (Aortic Stenosis). and Pulmonary thromboembolism.
